OUR PROCESS

MODCo has developed a creative process that ensures that we are fully aligned with our client’s goals, that we have all the information needed to move forward with confidence, and that our work will meet with client’s expectations.

Step 1 Client Brief.
In order for us to work our magic, we need to know what our client wants, needs and is hoping to achieve. We request a Client Brief that usually includes specifics related to the project’s/brand’s immediate and long-term goals, who the target market is, budget considerations, core competitors, etc. The Client Brief introduces MODCo to the brand’s opportunities and challenges, and enables us to begin to identify ways that we can contribute.

Step 2 Research and Analysis.
Based on the brief, MODCo does a deep dive into R&A. We consider the desired target, competitors, and the brand’s place in the overall market. This phase is about solidifying the core brand values and the project’s mission statement. Our research yields information, this information feeds our analysis, and our findings then guide the creative process.

Step 3 Creative Development.
This is where the magic happens. Creative Development includes not only generating creative concepts, but also identifying additional outlets that might complement each concept. During this phase, MODCo will also research innovative media opportunities and experiences such as events/sponsorships that are brand appropriate.

Step 4 Creative Presentation.
During this meeting MODCo will first review the client brief, highlighting the challenges and goals put forth. We then typically present three different concepts that answer the needs of the brief, along with our recommendations of how the campaigns should be introduced and suggestions for various media, event, sponsorship or partnership opportunities.

Step 5 Creative Refinement.
While it’s true we have received applause after a particularly spot-on presentation, we much prefer notes and feedback. This step is devoted to letting the client respond to the creative and request any necessary refinements. It is through this collaboration that the best work gets done; often the subtlest of adjustments can result in a creative direction that more effectively engages the targeted consumer. This step is concluded upon final approval of creative.

Step 6 Production/Execution.
MODCo will create budgets and production timelines for each element of the campaign, to be reviewed and approved by the client. This will enable our teams and our clients to track all aspects of the process, without surprises, as we bring the approved creative to market.

Step 7 Launch.
After popping a bottle of bubbly to share, MODCo will track the effects of the campaign in the market, qualitatively and quantitatively, measuring well-earned results for our client’s brand. Mazel Tov!
