Review of your goals & stated needs. Gain an understanding of client and project needs in order to deliver a qualified proposal and scope of work. Answer any initial questions and provide additional clarification needed to scope project.

DISCOVER + DEFINE.

Discussion of your market & your competitors. Refine needs and gain a comprehensive understanding of the brand voice, values and personality. Deliver a detailed creative brief for client sign off.

MAP + BLUEPRINT.

Discussion of psychographic impacts and considerations - understand your customers. Develop the core brand pillars and functional requirements that will need to be taken into consideration as creative is developed and executed.

CONCEPT + DESIGN.

Brainstorming and create assumptions or hypothesis. Once a firm understanding of the brand personality and visual aesthetic is established, MODCO will concept and design the necessary project elements for client review and sign off.

Workflow assessment - initial scoping & task phasing - break down the work. Define the execution process - to deliver as a team - six phase approach. Upon concept approval, MODCO will produce and execute elements as needed to bring concept to fruition.
